Stay near a toilet !!!
It’s potent I was in the loo for ages for at least 2 days I was in and out of the loo. Had griping pains it’s too harsh and needs a warning label on it

Terrible Quailty bags
So I bought 3 boxes as local supplier was out for “over a month”. Usually we never have any issues. From the first box, 3 bags burst. From the second only 1 but the third...we lost 6 bags. I’m not sure if it was bad quality batch but they are not cheap and very disappointing

It does exactly what it says on the packaging.
Didn't use straight away, but I suppose it does what it says on the packaging. The only fault I have with it the teabags are extremely thin so tear very easily once you've left it to brew, but other than that taste wasn't bad as i'm still using it.

I love this tea! If I'm ever in need of a little 'kick start' of my digestive system I just brew up one of these before going to bed. It takes effect overnight and I wake up feeling revitalized when I wake up in the morning! It has a pleasant taste too which is a bonus as I've tried others before that were unpalatable. I have tried Bootea before and found that it didn't have the greatest effect for the price. Give them a go, you won't regret it!

My favourite trick for constipation, but you can only take when you don’t have to leave the house the following day. Extremely potent. Have been taking for years for constipation reasons but no weight loss. Just helps with toilet.
