Review: Great Starter! - It's been a year or so since I've made sourdough so I needed a new starter to get back on my bread making journey again. This sourdough starter is wonderful! It was packaged well and came with thorough instructions to help guide me on getting it fed and ready to use for baking. Upon the first feed, it blew up in size and came alive quickly. Within just a few days I was able to use it for baking. The bread turned out great (perfect amount of tangy flavor)! It's also very forgiving if you're like me and occasionally forget to feed your starter. I can't wait to make more delicious sourdough goodies!

You NEED this starter! I bought two different starters from this seller and they both were and still are great!! I fed the starter just like the detailed instructions said and they just exploded literally and metaphorically. I bought the Soviet Rye and the Dutch and they are both still doing great. I thought that I would have a couple of days for the starter to spring back into action but I was wrong it arrives strong and healthy! The pictures attached are after the 1st feeding, 2nd feeding just exploded overnight and the 3rd feeding and they were just doubling and tripling within hours I had to add jars. Great product, strong starter and highly, highly recommended. I will definitely be buying from Living Dough again and trying new "flavors"
