This works well for sleep. I have trouble sleeping and melatonin leaves me feeling sluggish in the morning. There is no sluggish feeling for me, and I fall asleep much better.

These vitamins work well. They are on the larger side and somewhat hard to swallow, but with enough water they’re fine. I take to shut my brain off while asleep and I can tell a difference in my sleep!!

It doesn’t have any weird effects, I used to get maybe 4/5 hours of sleep every night and wake up way before I needed to and then would not be able to fall asleep. I sleep through the night every night since I started taking it. No grogginess, no lethargy.
