I originally purchased these for a nice bottle my partner had for Christmas, too nice to recycle, then I purchased a black bottle from a charity shop for £1 (see picture before and after), turned lights on and WOW!! They looked gorgeous, even through the black glass!! Battery life is ok, I put them on each evening and they seem to last over a week and still going... I will be looking out for more "unusual" bottles to put more lights in. The 20 leds are definitely ones to go for as opposed to 10. Definitely would buy again! Great price too.

A great product for inside a frosted Rose Prosecco bottle, super reliable and a lovely economical gift, & the recipient gets to drink the fizz… Supplied with three small coin batteries, but a sound idea to also buy a pack of forty additional batteries which are also extremely competitively priced.

Had purchased similar before and bought these as an addition to my collection of garden bottles. Hadn't realised these weren't solar powered but that was my own mistake. However will still use them as they are pretty. Will just wait and see how long the batteries last which is hopefully quite long as they will only be switched on while we're outside rather than all the time.

These look amazing threaded through my Christmas hat that I crocheted. Lovely & bright & the little batteries last for ages! I'd worn my hat with the lights switched on for over five hours at a Christmas Market & they're still lovely & bright. I can now use the rest of those in the box to brighten up things all over the house for Christmas.
