Excellent quality and value
I’ve been using these earbuds daily and really like them. They’re comfortable enough to wear all day without any ear pain. Most of the time I only use one, but when I’m mowing, I wear both and they stay in place well. The companion app is pretty cool and offers lots of customization options. One of my favorite features is the ability to ping the earbuds if they get misplaced—it’s super handy. My only minor dislike is that the built-in charging cord is USB-C, so you’ll need a compatible wall plug instead of the older standard USB. They also seem to drain my phone’s battery a little quicker, but I do use them almost constantly, so that’s understandable.Sound quality is excellent. I’ve owned everything from $20 earbuds to $200 pairs, and these perform just as well as the most expensive ones I’ve had. I’ve been using them for about a month now, and I’m very satisfied.

Great sport earbuds
I like to keep one ear open to hear my surroundings, these are fantastic for music and active listening. I'm able to wear a single earbud for music and hear all the music, not just one side, if that makes sense. They stay in place, which is great when running around, I can hear music and calls clearly. They connect to my phone no problem. Comfy design and sound great. Charged until full (maybe 1hr) so far they've held that charge for about a week of daily use. This is my second pair, my first pair lasted 2-3 yrs of everyday, almost all day use.

Not bad for $20
I give these headphones a solid B minus. I bought these to replace my current headphones that were falling apart. They were just for the gym, so I had a little requirements and expectations. Overall I think they are a decent item for the price point. I've had several headphones in the same price point that have been better, but also several that have been worse. I also like the color options as well!Sound quality: not great, even with my low expectations. All of my gym headphones are under $20, because I know they're going to take a meeting. But these by far have had the worst depth in sound quality. You can hear everything fine, and they're not dollar store quality, but I do feel like there could have been better sound quality even for headphones in this price pointFit: I personally find these to be pretty comfortable. I'm a stickler for earbuds, because everything hurts my ears! I Don't even feel the loops on top of my ears when I'm working out, and they came with four separate earbuds in various sizes.Battery life: while I haven't used these long-term come up the battery life seems average as of now. I've done a few 60 - 90 minute workouts, and the battery charge has barely budged. I expect them to last as long as all my other headphones lastConnection: I haven't had any issues with the Bluetooth connections. I sometimes have my phone in my pocket or in the pouch of my hoodie and have not had any issues with it disconnecting. I found it to be pretty simple to connect them to my phone the first time, and the auto connect when you take them out of the case. I actually really like that these connect and disconnect when you take them in and out of the case! You don't have to manually do it, which is very convenientControls: there was a little learning curve on the control since it is 100% touch and there are no buttons. Once you figure out what the left earbud does and with the right earbud does, it's pretty straightforward. I do have concerns about how long the touch function will continue working efficiently. I know I like to beat on my headphones, and they go through a lot. So being 100% touch concern to me later on. But only time will tellCharging: there is a charger permanently attached to the case, so no need to have separate towards or anything. I really like that!Durability: They seem pretty sturdy. I like that these are one piece and they don't have connecting pieces like a lot of my other headphones. They probably won't break as quickly. Most of the headphones I get in this price point last a good 2-3 years, so I can't complain. I would definitely buy these again and recommend them to someone looking for something affordable and stylish for general use.

off means OFF
They are 'okay' headphones and the functionality that is advertised does actually work. Major issues:1. The sound is kind of tinny.2. Sound cannot be adjusted from the Jlab app (it's been functionality which has been listed as "Coming Soon" for this device but I am beginning to doubt it).3. When it disconnects, it is off. Want to turn it back on while you are out on your run, but don't have the case? NOPE! You are out of luck. The ONLY way to turn this back on to be able to re-connect it is to put them in the case and re-remove them. (I hope you want to bring a bunch of extra device accessories on your run with you....)Minor issues:1. They are somewhat comfortable, but lack adjustability. It would not have been hard to add a solid core soft metal wire to the ear surrounds so that they could be adjusted to fit tighter and keep from half popping out of your ear when you move your jaw which brings me to minor issue number 2).2. They half fall out of your ears (or at least my ears) when ever you move your jaw even slightly. Yawn during your warm up? half pop out. Say hello to a passing runner? half pop out. Just smile because the day is beautiful? half pop out. It gets annoying real quick to have to push them back in over and over, especially since this can trigger the touch controls for volume, track, etc.Pros:1. Easy set-up.2. Somewhat comfortable when they stay in.3. Fun colors with cute color-matching case which functions very well.4. Charging case USB-A is reversible. (you cannot plug in the charger upside-down as with most USB-A plugs) <-- ALL USB-A chargers that are do not do data transfer SHOULD be like this!!!5. The battery life seems pretty good. I haven't used them for a super long time to really test this, but it seems to hold well for the relatively few hours I use them at a time. I have yet to run a full marathon with them or anything...6. The price point around $30 is almost okay for what you get, I guess...All in all, they are cheap wireless headphones. They would have had a LOT of potential with 3 modifications. One super easy software solution; hold both touch sensors for 3 seconds or five seconds or something to re-pair). Another, more complicated, but not super hard software solution; to make the app work to adjust sound. And a very cheap hardware solution; some solid softish metal wire in the ear wrap-arounds to be able to better adjust the snugness of the earphones on ones ears.JLab, want to hire me? I am a software engineer who could help you out! I'd even be willing to help with the mechanical engineering as well.I won't be throwing these away. I will keep them as a backup type product, but I will be searching for other wireless sport headphones.Hope this helps!
