It's made of silicone. It's comfortable to put in mouth easily. It's helps to breathe properly from low to high level and keeps lungs better to best . I used while in walking or jogging to make breathe properly and keeps lungs strong.Great product to use it .

Not as effective as promoted

Excellent product. After one weeks use there is improvement in my breath and improved my lung capacity. It is helping me in deep breathing habit.
