The pictures of this gutter cleaning brush suggest it will save you from getting up a ladder and is something you can use from the ground - I didn't find that but there are still plenty of positives:The pole itself is very long and is very solid, thick guage metal that doesn't bend and won't easily dent.The brush, although flexible, is also very stiff and so when dragging through the guttering it will dredge whatever is in there.The best way to use this I found was ti get up the ladder above teh guttering and then use this gutter brush to drag the contents of the gutter towards you for putting in a bucket for disposal.It doesn't save you from needing a ladder but it should save you from moving the ladder as often.

Just a giant duster, just brushed over the muck in my gutter, pole was quite sturdy but the wire brush on the head totally ineffective and continually loosened from the pole. Don’t see how it could be of any use. Returned for refund.

This is a nice idea, a good long brush with a very strong head that can move leaf litter around from the ground. The problems are that I can't see what I'm doing, the angle is difficult to maintain from the ground, and I can't tell how successful the brush has been. However when I get up on a ladder and use the brush, it's great because it is very robust and tough and I can get the brush to go a long way along the guttering.
