Ideal replacement for V10 Dyson battery, with a little more battery capacity than standard. Helpful to have screwdrivers too as some Dyson screws are ‘star’ rather than cross head.

Initially sceptical as to whether this product would be as good as the original after it failed. This battery appears to be even better than the original ever was and very happy. Value for money, fit and instructions all great.

The screwdrivers did not seem to fit that well.

Dyson construction not easy to dismantle and fix new parts - could benefit from better design. That said, this part was definitely fit for purpose. Thanks

This replacement battery has been a game changer for my Dyson V10! My old battery had started to wear out, losing charge quickly and becoming far less effective. After installing the Rapthor Battery for my Dyson V10, I've encountered some notable issues. Initially, the vacuum's suction power noticeably decreased after fitting the filter. This was disappointing, as I expected consistent or improved performance.Additionally, the battery life has been significantly shorter compared to the original Dyson battery. This has made cleaning sessions less efficient and more frustrating due to frequent recharging.Overall, while the Rapthor battery fits well and includes necessary accessories, it has not delivered the performance I expected. I would recommend exploring other options if you prioritize sustained suction power and battery longevity in your vacuum cleaner.

Our Dyson V10 is a solid vac for portable use but when running on full the battery only tends to last for 15-20 minutes, which isn't enough to do the whole house. So a backup battery is essential. This non-brand battery is excellent, it fits the vac well and last as long as our standard battery. No idea how we lived without this now.

This battery seems to work as well as the original manufacturer's version. The terminals are exactly the same, meaning that it fits properly.I didn't test the exact voltages and so on, but I can confirm that it charges in the same time, and lasts for as long as the original. Time will tell whether it degrades more quickly.In the photos, I've put the original battery on the left and this product on the right, so you can see the small differences. These are mainly package colour, lack of a rubber foot, and a different display on the battery sides.As the picture shows, the full product comes with a filter, and two screwdrivers - Phillips and Torx. My original screws were neither of these - they are Pozidriv, like all the Dyson screws that aren't Torx. If you use a Phillips screwdriver on your Pozidriv screws you risk damaging them, so be warned. It's a shame the manufacturer didn't check this and supply the correct screwdriver.Just as a note, I won't be using the filter supplied: although it looks the same as the originals, it's not possible to check whether the particle filtering is as effective, so I'll stick to the originals as I've got an Absolute, which is high particle filtration.Overall, I'm giving the product four stars, as the screwdriver is unnecessarily wrong, and the filter isn't needed.
