Overall, this is quite suitable for my purposes, but not the quality I had expected for the price. It's not Dark Grey, but more on the light side of medium grey. This rug, after being fuffed in the dryer on medium heat for only 7 min, became much less creased and wavy than it was after unpackaging. There are still some small creases after a week of daily vacuuming. A few edges are slightly curved. Although this rug is thinner than expected, it is very soft, does not slip around, and really works for my dog!!! It looks nice enough, but would look better in my room if it was actually dark grey. I was going to send it back, but my dog loved it so much that we kept it lol!!! It was mostly for her afterall.

Definitely one of those "you get what you pay for" purchases when it comes to this rug. It won't lay flat even after putting it in the dryer hoping the creases would come out. It has no traction whatsoever and in my opinion an accident waiting to happen is slides so easily across the wood floor. I'm thinking about sewing the edges, stuffing it with filler and making somewhat of a large floor pillow out of it for my Great Dane. As a rug it ain't happening.

I have bought a few rungs in past 2 years. This one came in a vacuumed seal plastic package. At first, I was worried about the fold marking not lying flat. This is a perfect rug, lays flat full and fluffy. Top quality .

Looks more like light grey instead of dark. The picture is either edited or they switched out the rug. Good luck finding a dryer big enough to put it in. That’s what’s recommended to make it like it’s actually supposed to smooth out. I’ll pitch it because I’m not sending it back. I’ll stick with local business for a replacement. Another quality Amazon product.
