I've heard so much about adaptogens and wanted to give them a try. This seemed like a good intro product to them at a good price. I've been adding a bit of the powder into my coffee or water each day and have been pleasantly surprised with the change I've noticed in my energy throughout the day. My family just got a new puppy and of course with that comes a lot of interrupted sleep! I've been so groggy in the mornings but I'll notice about an hour after taking this I feel much better and more alert. It's been great! It really doesn't dissolve in liquid but it has no taste and doesn't clump much so it hasn't bothered me. And you only have to use a tiny amount which is great, I feel like this will last me a long time.

Alpha-GPC seems to increase a chemical in the brain called acetylcholine. This brain chemical is important for memory and learning functions.I work with stroke survivors. One of my clients asked about this product and so I tried it before giving any feedback. I have to say I really do like this product. I have less brain fog when I eat bread or gluten products (I’m gluten sensitive but due to busy life, I sometimes need to bend and eat gluten in foods if I didn’t prep my food the day before) my client also noticed less headaches and clearer thoughts.

Smart product!I love trying new things especially when they are natural. I really like when these kind of products have so many benefits with no crazy side effects or damaging effects.I have actually noticed an increased clam in my everyday life and my focus and concentration seems to be benefiting as well.It is super easy to use, just one little spoon in my coffee every morning and I’m on my way. I actually keep it right next to coffee maker so I don’t forget. I really don’t notice any flavor and that’s a plus because I think we can all relate to the crazy flavors of so many supplements.Great product! I recommend giving it a try!

I finally found a really great product that has helped me with better cognitive issues in the daytime and sound sleep in the nighttime. I highly recommend the Alpha GPC in your morning nutrition drinks. It doesn't have any aftertaste and blends well into my shakes. I have felt much more calm with using this product. The ingredients are Vegan. I have a friend who is Vegan. I recommended this product for him as well. Alpha GPC comes in a very durable and convenient zip lock pouch that is easy to use and store in your kitchen pantry.

Yes, this supplement works to improve mental clarity. I am pleasantly surprised. But the label includes the surprise of mannitol ("manitol") besides the Alpha GPC and silicon dioxide. Amazon's product information does not show this. The mannitol is not a welcome ingredient and I won't be buying this product again because of it.

I was fooled by the "pure" label, it's 50 percent anti caking, didn't notice, but I noticed it not working as well...better deals in bulk elsewhere.

I am 35 years old and just recently started taking online college courses. I am rusty and realize that when they say, ‘if you don’t use it, you lose it’.
