Awesome knife. I have a bunch of Opinel knives and wanted a fine fillet knife. This one fills the bill.

It's Opinel
I have a number of these and have purchased Opinel since 1979. I use the No 12 in a carbon and a stainless daily. I also use the paring knives, garlic knife, and keep No 8 stainless in the cars for emergencies.Purchased this for Thanksgiving to cut a Slamon. Sharp. Easy to clean. Durable. Well balanced. The 15 is probably bigger than I needed.Maintaining a sharp edge is a breeze . The quality is excellent and the price is most reasonable.

Old Time Goodness
If you like old world tools, this is a keeper. The design is over 100 years old. I bought the stainless version, but they also have carbon steel versions of these knives. They are very sharp and suited best for lighter duty. The twist lock works well, to lock the blade open or closed. It is not an expensive knife or a quick deployment knife, however, it is a great tool for your tackle box or tool box. The handle is comfortable and the blade will get the job done.

Absolutely the worst I've ever owned
Very poor design. The locking collar is unreliable. It moves in your pocket and unlocks and does not secure the blade open as it will bend out and allow the blade to close, I like my fingers to much to carry this. Buy anything else! This is not a work tool this is fancy looking garbage and a waste of wood and steel.
