Babe Locks shampoo, along with their conditioner, is amazing!! I've tried A LOT of fine hair products and this by far is the best. Not just extra 'poof' but denser feeling hair as the name says. Give it try!

Absolutely average shampoo, and getting the pump dispenser thing open was an ordeal. Now I have to look at a cheerful yellow bottle emblazoned with "Babe" during every shower. Would have preferred "Sugar Drawers". If you appreciate the quality of professional hair care products this is not the shampoo for you.Edit: someone at Babe monitors these reviews, because the company contacted me, out of the blue, about a full refund. They didn't offer the refund if I clicked on a bunch of links, or returned the unused shampoo. It was a quick email letting me know it was on the way. No one else was copied; just a rare case of someone backing up their products. I'm still not a fan of Babe shampoo but I'm a huge fan of their customer service.

As far as the conditioner it’s great! I want to order the shampoo but can’t afford both at same time. That being said. I do not like the packaging. The bottle was half open and the pump does not work. I have to open the bottle and try to get enough in my hand to use without dropping it. These days I want my moneys worth and this isn’t it

Great shampoo! **However, horrible horrible packaging. First order, the lid was not even screwed on. Product spilled out everywhere in the box. No big deal, I ordered a replacement. It arrived today the same way. Lid not screwed on and spilled everywhere.Amazon is refunding, but I’m really sad the packaging has gone so downhill. I’ve used this shampoo and conditioner for over a year and I love it. Hopefully it’s sold locally somewhere.

So I was just at Costco today, northern Virginia, and I saw this as a two pack (shampoo and conditioner) for $34.99 so I got it. I haven’t tried it yet, but I thought I would let everyone know because buying it at Costco. The lids are screwed on tightly and it’s not leaking

I have used this since the old packaging and I love it. It hydrates my hair and has helped my hair from falling out to coming back. Definitely try it if you haven’t
