I mostly keep digital photos these days, but I've been going through old magazines to recycle, and sometimes there are recipes and tips I want to save. I've used this kind of album before for saving magazine recipes; it works quite well.This album meets all expectations except, as others have mentioned, there isn't any protective covering over the spot for a photo on the cover. If I could, I would give this album four and a half stars, but I rounded up to five because it's otherwise a very nice album. I'll probably just write an album title in that space.My photos didn't capture the nice light blue color of the album, so I didn't include them, but I did include a photo of the pen. The pen is a nice added bonus. It's a somewhat soft point, with quick-drying gold ink. The ink doesn't smell at all, which is great. I was able to smudge it, but only after rubbing on it really hard with some rough paper; rubbing on it with smooth paper did not smudge the ink. Quite impressive for ink that dries so quickly and doesn't smell like chemicals.This album is just like others I have, in that it's difficult to get every air bubble out when smoothing the clear plastic back down over the sticky part. I think that's just how it is with this kind of album, so no points off for that.Overall, I'm pleased with the quality of this album, and look forward to reducing my pile of paper magazines, while having a safe place to put the recipes I want to keep.

I've tried a few of these self-adhesive albums over the years but for this particular project wanted to go with something on the smaller size so opted for this one! I love that it is compact but still fits my needs. I wanted a place to compile some photos from a recent girls trip and we had all sorts of shapes and sizes (Polaroids, photo booth strips, regular photos) and this fit them all. I could get 3 Polaroids on one page, 2 4x6s, or 1 5x7 so not necessarily the album to go for if you're trying to jam pack it with photos but for me it's the perfect balance of holding what I need while still being easily transportable. Looks like it will be easy to unscrew and add pages as needed but that will be a down the line project since I have plenty of space for now.One other note is that the front window doesn't have any sort of plastic cover, so whatever photo you slide in there it will be exposed to potential dirt/scratches. Not a huge deal, I was just surprised to not see a thin piece of plastic in the front window. Overall though, I would recommend! Especially in the beautiful light purple heather color.

This is a cute little photo album, with a nice feel to the cover. I got the grass green one, and it looks pretty nice on my coffee table. The adhesion for photos is good, and the texture of the album itself doesn't feel cheap and plasticky. I think this would make a nice addition to a coffee table for people to look over family photos!

I was excited to get an orange scrapbook album, but this is NOT a scrapbook. It's a regular photo album with plastic to cover the photos on a sticky page. The item name should not at all have scrapbook in it, it's extremely misleading.

I have some so many photos from the past that I wanted to put in a scrapbook and I thought this was the perfect book for that. And I was correct. This is very well-made and beautiful. You’re able to put photos into the pages and it has self adhesive to keep them in place. It also comes with a marker that you can write in the scrapbook. Very well made and size is great. There are many pages so you can put many photos in this book. Great value !

Really nice quality, gorgeous thick and textured cover makes it something that will last and something you'd want to display. The interior is a blank canvas, allowing for photos, ticket stubs, writing, stickers, whatever you choose to add. It also comes with a felt tip marker meant for writing on the pages.

The stated dimensions of this product (9.8 x 9.1) are misleading. The actual space you can put photos is about 6.5 inches wide by 9.5 inches tall. I think the dimensions they list include the part of the page that is in the binding. So it works great for vertical photos but not horizontal ones (you can squeeze them in, but they stick out past the plastic that covers the photos). Also the adhesive is very sticky. Almost impossible to remove photos after they have been put on a page.

This photo album is a bit on the medium side, measuring roughly 9"x9". Has some nice features, such as a photo "frame" on the front, 30 sheets (or 60 pages total), and a gold ink pen for recording dates, names, etc. The album has a linen cover that is not only nice looking, but feels better than vinyl covers. Also suitable to use as a scrapbook. I'm not entirely convinced it's worth nearly $30, but if it withstands the test of time/usage, then it's worth it--especially if the adhesive pages don't lose their strength.
