The honey is wonderful ! I used the honey with lemon which has a tart taste of the lemon. I put my honey on toast in the morning and would be too strong in a tea. Great for morning oatmeal.

We do believe that this form of honey is one of the best healer for the body and we take this with gluten free oatmeal and similar breakfast food or put this in as part of a salad dressing. simply delicious and a mellow sweetness.
