I recently purchased this great LifeMaster 8000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner, and I’m satisfied with my experience! This unit cools my bedroom (12 ft x 12 ft) room quickly and efficiently, even during hot summer days. It's been over 90F here in Pittsburgh. The 3-in-1 functionality (cooling, dehumidifying, and fan modes) makes it versatile and convenient. Installation was straightforward thanks to the window included kit, and the remote control is easy to use. I am a single guy in a big house so I got this so I can turn my main HVAC off and save money! Overall, I would recommend the LifeMaster 8000 BTU Air Conditioner to anyone looking for an affordable way to cool down a room. I'd get one of the higher BTU LifeMaster units if you have a bigger space. Have a great week everybody!

Bought this as a supplement to our overhead AC in the Food Trailer. It's amazing, we can get by without using the overhead most days. Blows cold, is quiet and moveable if needed. It's heavy to lift but it's worth it once in position. The remote is just an added bonus. Very Efficient and a great buy! It is a little wonky putting the exhaust out a camper type window but we made a custom cover for it so it's all good. Definitely would recommend!

I recently purchased this 12,000 BTU portable AC for $269 with a coupon—astonishingly just $1 more than the 10,000 BTU Honeywell unit I bought back in 2017. What’s even more impressive is that despite being 20% more powerful, it’s at least 30% (if not >) smaller than the old Honeywell.Setting it up was a breeze, and it cools efficiently with straightforward controls. The remote works flawlessly, and I love the vent placement, which I find superior to the typical top-position vents on most portable ACs. While it offers only low and high fan speeds, missing a mid-range setting, it’s not a major issue.One minor downside is that when the room reaches the desired temperature, the unit stops completely instead of switching to fan mode for continuous air circulation. Although I prefer constant airflow, this isn’t a deal breaker.Noise-wise, it’s quieter than my old Honeywell on both speed settings. My previous unit excelled in automatic water evaporation—I only had to empty the tank twice in eight years during extremely humid spells. Time will tell how this new unit performs in that regard.Finally given the fact that this is a no-name Chinese brand which may or may not exist in a couple of years or even over the one year warranty period--I’m taking a risk it’s manufactured at a minimum standard acceptable standard of quality and doesn’t fall apart or start giving problems soon. We shall see.

This AC cools down my room great, and it’s on the smaller side which I really like. It’s super easy to use as well. But it is a little noisy, but not too bad. It does feel like it gets a little warm when being used all day, but I think that’s normal. The window attachment was too long for our standard size window, so we did have to cut it. Overall decent for the price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Unit worked well for about a month. Compressor went out and the unit no longer cools. Spend the little extra and get something with a more popular name brand.

It worked great, Easy install it took minutes. Very quite not noisy at all. Not heavy easy to maneuver. Easy to control.

I've had the unit for almost two years so far and it was the best decision ever! It cools the room fairly quickly + it's not noisy.Now it will make noise in the room, of course, but you can't hear it outside of it which was my biggest worry. I live in the second floor of my house above another room. And they complain they can hear every single little noise from mine. All the way to a simple mouse click (not even kidding) but so far, 2 summers with this unit a 0 complaints! So I'd rate it 5 stars

10,000BTU. More than enough to make my bedroom, living room AND kitchen crispy cold. I love it's smart, sleek design. The exhaust pipe is a thicker material and the way it connects to the AC by sliding in place is really convenient. It's small and doesn't take up a lot of space but it's powerful and effective. After trying different units, I've finally found what I was looking for.
