Good value Great tasting product I sip this throughout my workout and stay hydrated , I've definitely noticed less muscle soreness and always make a point of using this as my intra and post workout drink

I really rate the Xtend range have been using the BCAA for years, and have just started on this as Workout drink while the BCAA is an after drink. So far so good, nothing negative to say. Too early to see any direct benefits.
