These cables connector your battery terminals to the starter (positive side) and ground points (negative side). Over time they become corroded, the insulation splits, the wire frays, and the terminals deform, so it's a good idea to replace them if they're starting to show their age. Unfortunately Nissan has discontinued production of the original OEM battery cables, so we've started production of our own replica harnesses. Their design is based off of one of the last remaining brand new Nissan OEM harnesses. The fitment, layout, and even appearance is virtually identical to the original, so they look right at home in even the most stock 300ZXs.
