Got back into vinyl about 5 years ago after buying a cheap turntable (£80 ish new) and i loved it, been thinking long and hard about what to upgrade to for sometime now and decided i'd go with the fluance rt81+ because i wanted the in built pre amp, another upgrade likely in the future but for now this bit of kit is superb, sound is light years ahead of what i've been used to, looks fabulous and set up instructions easy to follow, Maybe 30 mins from opening the box to listening so space oddity. Very impressed with ease of setup and very user friendly & great price.

They left the product at my door and it was stolen. My friend has the same one and I loved the sound quality. I will probably order again.

First ever turntable so don't have much to compare it with but build quality is great sounds great dose the job very happy with my purchase would recommend 😀

I bought this deck because I wanted something simple to play my vinyl on, I’m very happy with it the built in phono stage the sound is amazing. It looks great and the finish is excellent, I would be very happy to recommend it, especially someone looking to get into vinyl. The cartridge can be upgraded if you want but I’m not looking to do it myself, sounds fine to me.

Good sound, easy set up too

I got this to replace a cheap Denon deck which I have had for quite a while. This looks and sounds good and am very happy with it. I cannot compare it with ones that cost considerably more as I have not experienced using one of those.the arm doesn't return after the record has ended but the disk stops spinning and the arm just remains on the vinyl (although not spinning) I thought that, that would annoy me, since my last deck had the return feature, but not annoying at all.

Great turntable at an affordable price, I’ve had the Rega’s and Pro-ject tables which were more expensive but this in my eyes and ears is much better to look at and listen to, it’s only a matter of time till these get popular and the price increases , watch this space.

I feel I have to put pen to paper - in a manner of speaking - and give my view on the Fluance.First off the bat, is its beautiful. It looks amazing.It came very well packaged.So easy to set up. Great videos on the Fluance channel on YT.I was so excited to put on an LP and hear what everyone was raving about.Well, I was not disappointed!This is sensational!I put on my favorite album - YES: Close to the Edge. I was immediately blown away by the detail. After listening to this album for nearly 50 years - I am only 59 - I thought I had heard everything. But, no!I could go on and on about sound, looks, ease of set up....but, suffice to say that this is an absolute bargain at £299.Do not delay, get one today!
