Easy to install and use
The product seems of lesser quality but only because it is so light and simple. It is of very good quality and made of durable materials. It came with extra washers. The valves are easy to turn on and off.

Works great
This came with several washers and some plumbers tape. I tend not to use plumbers tape but the washers were welcome as one can never have enough. This is an attractive splitter, and it works really well with no leakage at the spigot or at its diverters. The knobs are very easy to turn and they set well, unlike metal diverters, which sometimes take a bit of pounding even to turn. My only worry is that it will not hold up as it's plastic, but it seems very sturdy. I have now taken it inside to spend the winter!

Very competitively priced for 4 way splitter but must use sufficiently thick washer to avoid leaks
Inside the box there are 4 garden hose washers that are unusually thick, they're practically like two hose washers stacked on each other. If they're not used there WILL be a leak that can't be sealed even with the teflon tape (optional, the thick hose washer seems to work well for me as did doubling up thinner ones). Teflon tape also does not fully seal tapered threads, the taper does the sealing and the teflon primarily provides lubrication and some gasket effect between the threads - garden hoses threads are NOT TAPERED. Doubling up normal thickness hose washers seems to work OK as well. Stacking washers to achieve a seal can work so long as there are 3 to 4 turns of threads engaged to ensure sufficient strength for the connection.I use this as a manifold on a very manual drip system which works with a mechanical timer. It works well enough for my application but I was quite boggled at how it would leak until I looked at the washers it came with and made the realization they had twice the thickness of the ones in my pressure regulators. It seems that there are different thickness washers shipped, as I examined the second one I ordered as a backup in case the original leaks and the washers are thinner.

Another one leaks
Well I tried two of the double valve both leaked water from places where water shouldn't have come out of. So I thought I'd try the four valve and not to my surprise it is also a leaker. Both only lasted about 6 months, just long enough to be out of the return window. Save you money, time and frustration.
