I love these MCMconcept batteries. I have used them twice.
Obtained a totally trashed iPod Classic 5.5 on eBay. Dead battery, cracked LCD screen, road rash all over and audio jack that didn’t work. This 3000mah battery was part of the restoration. I have another MCM just like this one in a iPod I’ve been using 6 months the battery has very good capacity.

Works great with my "7th gen" iPod classic!!
Works great with my iPod classic "7th gen" with thin back. I also have it paired with a iflash quad and both are taped down lightly so they don't move inside. My only word of caution is be VERY careful with the battery connector when removing old battery and connecting new one. Did not fit my iPod Classic 6th Gen A1238 160GB (Black on Black color).
Did not fit my iPod Classic 6th Gen A1238 160GB (Black on Black color) like it says it does in the listing. Didn't even come close to closing. Very disappointed. Luckily I bought the factory battery just in case and I installed it. My Ipod wouldn't even fire up with this one plugged in. Gave me the connect to Itunes screen. Fired right up after I swapped with the factory battery.
