I wanted to good quality coffee pot that didn't take up much space, had a large water compartment and one that I could take on vacation when we use our Camper. I thought about buying one to leave in the camper but since we only use it a couple of times a year, kinda felt like a waste of money. Also didn't want to buy poor quality. I love this coffee pot. It does everything and solved all my problems. Brews faster the keurig I had, makes several sizes and does great Iced coffee. I love that I can switch between pods and ground coffee. Saves a ton on counter space and heavy enough not to slide around but light enough to pickup and carry to camper with ease. Great quality. Definitely recommend. Way to go Ninja I give you two thumbs up right off the bat!!!I also like the sleek design and keeping it compact with no wasted space. Leaves more room for other things, again kudos to Ninja!!!I did have the competition at one time and I went through two machines one was a warranty replacement and they didn’t even last a whole year plus they aren’t as sleek of a design and they take up more wasted space. So if you’re looking for sleek and compact and an excellent flavor, this is definitely the product for you!Update I used the ice selection to make iced tea filled my cup full of ice added the correct amount of tea that bags that I wanted and it brewed perfect. It can do K cups or fresh ground, and makes great coffee. The frother works great as well. Love the large water tank. And having an all in one machine, that looks nice, makes the coffee area on the counter look tidier. This machine has replaced my keurig and my pour overs. My only potential concern is reliability: we use the frother a lot, and eventually it will break. The question is how long until that happens, and how painful will it be to fix it.
