Right size and good quality
This computer exceeded my expectations. The quality is great and a perfect size and the price was great. Tje sound is great as well and easy to used. I got this for my sister and she loved it and and so did I. I want one too lol

Garbage
This was supposed to be a brand new laptop. It quit working after 2 months. When I called to troubleshoot and place a warranty claim, I was informed that the warranty expired over a year ago. It is not ok that the seller is selling used or broken laptops while advertising them as brand new.

I love this laptop it packs power
This laptop is packed with power and it works beautifully. I love it. Windows 11 is what I needed because I couldn’t upgrade my desktop but now I have a great laptop that is lightweight

Computer OK; windows S mode makes it unusable
At first, I thought this computer was OK. It was faster than my old one, which had limited RAM and crashed when more than 2 windows were open. Unfortunately, I am so disappointed with my purchase and it's too late to send it back. It's in S mode, which means I can't connect to my printer (because Windows S prevents me from downloading the printer driver), I can't install antivirus to scan my external hard drives or jump drives, because S mode also prevents reputable software like McAffee or Norton, and I can't install Zoom for my work calls. So basically, it's an expensive web surfing device that I can use for emails, but does not have any of the functionality that I bought it for. I've tried everything to get out of S mode, and even took it to a computer tech shop, but they said the storage is too small and that's why I can't switch out of S mode and into regular windows. If I had known that S mode made the computer basically useless for my needs, I would not have bought it.
