Best way to install whip lights
Audexen makes some fantastic spring Mount bases. Best part about it is a lifetime warranty that they provide for it which means you'll never have to worry about it again.I have a few different utvs and wanted to install whip lights on all of them. I used these to do so. These are simple to install you attach them to the whip mount. They typically screwed directly into them and then you attach the with light directly to these spring mounts. The mounts themselves do a good job of letting your whip lights move within reason every time you hit a bump when you're riding off-road.The great choice for the price and I'm pleased with them.Until we meet again-Off The Grid Ken

Make sure the bolts and screw holes are what you need
I'm balancing how to write a review for something that doesn't work for me but will be perfect for others. As a novice UTV whip buyer, I had no idea how complicated it was. As far as I can tell, there are no standards. Every brand and manufacturer has its own way of making flags, poles, mounts, quick releases, springs, and lighting connections. Weirdly, none of the sellers or manufacturers bother to provide enough information to make sense of it all. The holes, bolts, and nuts all have different measurements from one manufacturer to the next. If that wasn't confusing enough, some use SAE measurements, some use metric, and some use both.To make an even longer story shorter. the bolt on the bottom of these springs is about a millimeter too large to fit in the hole of the mount from another manufacturer. In addition, the female end at the top of the spring is slightly too large for the bolt in the quick-release gadget I bought. With my venting out of the way, these springs seem solid as a rock (perhaps a bit too stiff, but I'll never know), and I'm sure they would work well if only I could find compatible hardware for the parts that go on either end. I'm throwing in the towel, though, and reordering the parts that aren't fitting from the manufacturer of the parts I'm keeping. I'm unsure what I'll do with these heavy-duty springs.

Nicely black powder coated, fits whip lights, springy and bendable.
These spring mounts are nicely coated in a black powder coat, the whip lights fit right on the spring mounts without any issue. I installed these on my snowmobile by the rear bumper and they work great to prevent the 2' whip lights from breaking as they bend as needed and then swing back when there is no pressure on them. These are very springy and bendable but return back to their normal position when there is no pressure applied to them. These work well to keep the whip lights from breaking off and also make the whip lights look cool when they bend back in fourth in unison as I hit bumps and go over hills and stuff.

Strong and Durable; They Allow for Flexibility and Movement of Installed Whip Lights
My husband has these spring mounts attached to whip lights on his side-by-side. They were easy for him to attach, first to the mount clamp, (not included, a separate purchase) and then to the lights. By having these springs, the lights sway a bit and aren't as rigid, which is exactly what we need when trail riding. For example, if we go under a low-hanging branch and the whip lights hit it, chances are they aren't going to snap off or break, and that's because of these springs. We're glad to have them!

Stouter than I thought they would be
I got my son a pair of 12" LED whip lights for his little 125cc quad and wanted some springs because, well, it's an ATV. These are WAAAAY stouter than I thought (see video). Might even be too stout for 12" whips but definitely strong enough for longer ones. If you own SxSs and ATVs you already know that sand and dirt get into everything and at some point, everything will rust. So it is somewhat pointless to speculate on how well the finish will hold up... it's just a matter of time. 5-stars. Definitely recommend.
