I started taking this on the recommendation of an acupuncturist for assistance with sluggish bowels. I really love this product. It works well. I take this in combination with Cholacol also by Standard Process. I recommend this for anyone experiencing Gallbladder issues, digestive issues, sluggish bowels or constipation. Dose will vary with each person, however I take 1 with meals, or else 2 at Noon and 2 at bedtime. I have been taking this supplement for about 5 months. I recommend.

This product is a great natural way to relieve constipation. No additives like in OTC constipation, just herbs and sodium.

Harder to swallow but it definitely helps with regular BMs. I will definitely buy again!
