Product Quality checks missing
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Delivery was on time however the product quality checks are missing. The inner cloth pocket is missing the zip holder. This is disappointing despite buying a well known brand 😒

Very weak material!
Absolutely awful, the suitcase cracked on my first travel. The warranty doesn't cover any damage and there's no way to repair it!

Good lightweight bag, but inner lining not great
Lightweight. Great value for money. But Compared to my other previously bought American Tourister luggage, this bag has inner lining of some stiff plastic like material and not soft fabric. Otherwise no other complaint.
