BOB and Brad T2 Deep Tissue Massage Gun, 4000mAh Battery, FSA-HSA Eligible

I’ve only owned T2 a couple hours and hope I don’t have to edit my review due to faulty battery performance, as that’s the only possible deficit I can foresee. I was skeptical of the instruction’s guidelines of short treatment times, “like ya right they don’t know MY jacked up bod, ima need an hour jack hammering on 1 spot if it’ll even hang!” IT DELIVERED RELIEF IN THE TIME STATED!!! I’m 50, aching, multiple major surgeries to lumbar, cervical & knee, hardware, fusions, ADRs, etc. A drunk hit me on my motorcycle, a North Shore wipeout fractured my sacrum, and I play hard. My $200 Brookstone massager died after 20 years and the research rabbit hole led me here. I own/have owned & used many PT medical devices & spent years in PT care. With a license I could open a PT practice tomorrow! For $75 (or $99) I cannot imagine a higher quality option. The moment I saw the build quality, thoughtfully designed heads & attachment design I knew it was made by PTs. The power is more than sufficient for my demanding 6’1” tight man frame, and very convenient ergonomic design for self administered therapy. Happy Father’s Day to me, I’m stoked!!

Previous to purchasing this, I had a Vybe Massage Gun (light blue version) and a Vybe Pro. The light blue Vybe massage gun was in a class of its own in terms of strength and power, however it was so loud my neighbors would complain. The Vybe Pro is very similar to Bob and Brad T2 Pro so that would be a good comparison. The T2 is the quietest massage gun I’ve owned. Power, strength, speed, stroke depth/amplitude are all really good. I’m grateful they include a package of replacement silicone rings as those will deteriorate with time, big perk here! The heating/cooling element is interesting. It definitely gets hot or cold, however once applied to the skin I feel like the hot/cold quickly dissipates so it’s not as effective as I had hoped. However, still a cool feature! For such a low price point and the quality of the T2, this really is a steal. I highly recommend it and hope this review helps others!

This is an amazingly powerful massage gun. It has multiple speeds, several heads yo customize treatment and the rechargeable battery lasts a very long time. Bonus: it comes with a head that produces heat AND cold! Customer service is extremely responsive with any questions. I love my Bob and Brad Pro Massage gun.

I bought my Bob and Brad massage gun June of 2023 for my achilleas tendonitis and occasional muscle tightness and stress. It has done wonders in relaxing the muscles and helping aches and pains, especially on my legs. I use it practically every night before going to bed and gives me such relief. It's been worth every penny spent on it! The quality of this massage gun is solid and well made and comes in a very nice carrying case, making it easy to travel with. The only thing I"d change is when using it, it shuts off after 10 minutes but I believe it does that purposely in order to not overuse it on ourselves at one time. It's easy to use and has various attachments for various needs which I find very helpful. I have recommend this product to a family member and after doing much research, he ended up buying a Bob and Brad massage gun and absolutley loves it! Recently, my massager wouldn't charge so I called customer service. I can't say enough for the efficiency, care and attention they showed. They immediately addressed the issue with a REAL person answering the phone and then through email, they have responded to every single message I sent, and they are taking care of the issue. To me, that is HUGE! It's for these reasons I would highly recommend the Bob and Brad massage gun! It's quality, ease of use, functionality AND customer service, which is the icing on the cake, make it top notch!

This is a high-quality, well made, and effective massage gun. I use it all the time, and as a long time, licensed massage therapist, I can vouch for how well these do the job. Their customer service people also do a great job.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and it turned out to be one of the best purchases. He works long hours on his feet and mainly uses it on his legs after work or after workouts. The relief is almost immediate — you can literally feel the muscles relax within minutes. I also use it on him for full-body sessions, especially on his neck and upper back with the heat feature activated — that’s where it feels the most relaxing and effective. I’ve used it on myself as well, and it works just as well. It has multiple intensity levels, and they truly make a difference. The highest level is very strong — definitely deep tissue level — but the lower settings are perfect for sensitive areas like the neck. It’s surprisingly quiet for how powerful it is. The handle feels stable while using it and it’s not heavy during normal use (only after a long full-body session does it start to feel slightly heavy, which is expected). The battery life is impressive. We’ve used it full-body on him and then on me right after, and it still had battery left. We use all the different heads depending on the muscle group, and the carrying case is well designed — everything fits securely in place. Honestly, I would buy it again and I’ve already recommended it. If you’re looking for real muscle relief after long work days or workouts, this one delivers.

I'm a 65 year old petite woman who does yoga, works out moderately, horseback rides several times a week, and is always working in the garden or on DIY projects on ladders. I bought a percussion massage gun because I had been ladder climbing restoring windows for several weeks and felt the soreness from this in shoulders, hip and lower back. Normally I would get a professional massage but, if the gun were helpful, its price would roughly equal one massage. So let's give it a go. Researched moderately priced percussion massage guns extensively and settled on the Bob and Brad one. Why? 1. Previously good reviews. 2. Amplitude, speed choices, and attachments seemed proper and adequate for my needs. Who needs 20 speeds and a zillion attachments? That gets in the way of the therapy. 3. Very important: The T2 model has moved the motor from the top of the device to even or below the percussion mechanism. This made mechanical sense to me and also provided balance in handling. 4. B&B customer service reviews were good. I have had it for a week or so and use it twice a day. Mornings and after doing any of the previous activities mentioned. Here's what I've noticed so far: It is quiet. Vibration in the hand is modest. Speeds 1 or 2 are plenty of percussion for my shoulders; back, hips, quads, glutes and other large muscles. I think the slow percussion is better than faster for the muscles. I've used the round attachment on larger muscles, flat one on shoulders and triceps, and the bullet on knots/trigger points around my shoulders and IT band area. The "soft" attachment is nice when you aren't sure how much hardness is best. I use the percussion on any area for 2-3 minutes and would recommend for a newbie to keep it to that until you see how your body reacts to the percussion. I'm still learning about this. Overall, I noticed reduction in tight knots, reduction in sciatica discomfort (which happens while sleeping), and nice relaxation. The device balances nicely in my hand. It is smaller than a regular sized hair dryer gun, a little larger than a travel hair dryer, so it is easy to handle. The weight isn't a negative factor. I have no problem using it myself on my back. The B&B videos on Y-Tube showing how to use it (sideways on some muscles for example) are helpful. My husband, who is more muscular and works out with heavy weights, likes a higher speed sometimes but really, it has plenty of percussion at 1-3 speed for your muscles. We aren't body builders. The device feels solid and well made, the attachments fit snugly, and the battery life hasn't required a recharge in a week of use. It is helpful. I think regular use, but not overuse, is the key. Give your body time to adjust. And keep up the stretching and regular exercise, of course. I'm happy with the purchase.

The company's customer service was also wonderful to work with and very prompt, as my first delivery was defective. They responded right away with a replacement and were very gracious to work with. The replacement is great!

A couple of months ago I suffered a Middle Aged Rock Related Injury whilst attending a gig by the superb band Massive Wagons - with an enthusiasm incompatible with my age and body weight I ended up damaging my knee. Doc said it would take 8 to 10 weeks to recover. Still suffering some pain after this period of time I decided that I would benefit from some sort of massage therapy. A quick search on the internet led me to call a local massage parlour who quoted me what I considered a rather high price for an hour of therapy - although the lady promised that I would enjoy a happy ending. Being of a cheerful disposition anyway I didn’t feel this represented good value. Rummaging through my girlfriends drawers by the bedside I discovered a device which delivered a pleasant if somewhat gentle massage that did actually have a seemingly beneficial effect. However this caused some consternation in the office the next day when I produced it from my briefcase and announced that I was popping down to my car for some lunchtime relief. I turned to Amazon for a more professional looking solution and after some research settled on the T2, which sounded like it was named after a 90’s sci fi movie and looked like a prop from a ‘50’s one. A couple of days exercise with this device certainly made my knee feel much better and over all I am quite impressed - it is light weight, reasonably quiet and can be adjusted to give a massage of just about perfect strength. The girlfriend seemed excited by the number of attachments and was keen to try it out which surprised me as I was not aware that she had a dodgy knee - she later declared however that she felt it pounded her too hard. I suspected she had not used it correctly and suggested that she watch some videos to get some tips and she agreed that this was a good idea. I happened to glance at her search history later though and found that rather than searching for the excellent instructional videos by Bob and Brad she had actually been searching “Home Alone”, presumably the Macaulay Culkin classic movie. Again I found this strange as Christmas was some weeks ago. She seemed happy though so I didn’t push it. Overall I can’t fault this device as it has done exactly what I wished and hastened the recovery of my sore knee. Additionally it seems well built and is a neat package in its included storage case.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von der T2 Massage Gun von Bob and Brad! Bereits beim Auspacken merkt man, dass das Gerät hochwertig verarbeitet ist. Die Massagepistole liegt sehr gut in der Hand, wirkt robust und trotzdem angenehm kompakt – ideal auch für unterwegs. Die fünf einstellbaren Geschwindigkeiten sind super abgestimmt, sodass man ganz flexibel zwischen sanfter Entspannung und intensiver Tiefenmassage wählen kann. Besonders positiv überrascht hat mich, wie leise das Gerät im Betrieb ist – perfekt, um abends vor dem Schlafengehen noch kurz die Muskulatur zu lockern, ohne jemanden zu stören. Nach wenigen Anwendungen habe ich bereits deutlich weniger Verspannungen im Nacken- und Rückenbereich. Auch nach dem Sport ist die Regeneration spürbar besser. Das USB-C-Laden ist extrem praktisch und zeitgemäß. Klare Kaufempfehlung – qualitativ top, angenehm in der Anwendung und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut!

J'ai énormément apprécié la qualité et l'efficacité de cet appareil, avec tous ses accessoires. Il est puissant, très ergonomique et agit vraiment sur les douleurs musculaires et les tendinites dont je souffre. J'en ai essayé d'autres et je peux dire que celui-ci est de loin le meilleur.
