Been taking these 2 supplements along with others from Ancestral Supplements for years and what a difference in health that I feel. Originally reached out to Brian the owner and he suggested starting with the liver and bone marrow. I had severe pernicious anemia (low b12) that was not able to be effectively managed with b12 injections from the Dr. Not only were my levels barely going up with multiple injections I was also unknowingly being injected with aluminum because that’s a binder that is used in most of the b12 injections now. I had some pretty severe symptoms just from my levels being low, low energy, anxiety, numbness in my feet, legs and hands, shortness of breath, not being able to sleep, tremors, brain fog, honestly the list was pretty darn long. After a few of the injections the anxiety became so severe I could not even leave the house. My skin felt like it was on fire and the way my brain was functioning if you want to even call it functioning was just out of control. When switching drs is when I found out there is aluminum in the b12 injections and it literally was lighting my brain on fire. Not only were my levels still dangerously low I was reacting horribly to the aluminum binder from the injections. I felt hopeless. I did start taking a methylated b12 which at least seemed to help increase my levels a bit better without the harsh side effects of the aluminum which I did have to detox from as I already knew I was highly reactive to that metal from having compatibility tests done for holistic dentistry. I tried the supplement and it seemed to help a tad but after speaking with Brian he finally gave me hope explaining that the liver had b12 in it as well as cofactors that could help my body not only absorb the b12 but turn it into a usable form. Around the same time I found out that I did indeed have a MTHFR variant which would explain why my b12 was always extremely low causing so many neurological issues for years. I started on the journey with Ancestral Supplements and haven’t looked back since. It did take time for my levels to get back up but I can say every blood test I’ve had from the last 7 years had always higher than where it needs to be which is a good thing. I got energy back, could sleep again, having feeling in my limbs again and the anxiety has improved. The bone marrow I wasn’t sure if it was having any effects so I stopped it after about 9 months. Well let me say you realize it was working when you stop taking something. Not only did I not get sick as often and my autoimmune flares decreased drastically but my knees were feeling so much more flexible without so much pain. The effects of the nourishing supplements, along with quality and being able to get individualized suggestions directly from the owner on what was best for my needs is what has had me sold on purchasing these supplements. I take the liver, bone marrow, brain, lung, intestines and trachea. It might add up to a lot but without the products my life would not be with better quality everyday. The price can be a bit high but when you compare the price of the products with the quality of them to living without them you quickly realize Ancestral Supplements are something you can’t go without. Thank to to Ancestral Supplements for helping me find the path to healthiness again. Everyday I’m still a work in progress but I can truly say I don’t think I would be here today without them!!

Have not finished the bottles yet but can tell a difference in my sleep and energy, started slow and am taking two of each per day.
