Very satisfied with purchase. Price seems unbeatable.For assembly I tried to follow the video of the girl assembling the machine but she did make quite a few mistakes such as installing T-Nuts upside down and a few other things but the video paired with double checking the manual and the machine went together well.

The included Nema for the x and Y axis are not good. The one for the z axis could work but i had to change 2 to get more torque for wook, I used nema 17 38x48. Now it works perfectly

I bought this on Aug 7 24, it is now Oct 3 24 and I am looking at buying a new controller board. This one just stopped working for no reason and without cause. Since its been 30 days I sure I would get nowhere with the warranty. Really not acceptable.

Assembling product was pretty simple, but then you get to the (driver and software install) not so bad really but then you have got to put in a bunch of codes from the USB and type them into the certain places in the software part(candle) and well that's where I got lost and tried multiple times I even reached out for some technical support but even that didn't make since or connect me to the CNC machine it didn't even get to see the spindle spin. It's a shame that the software was not to beginner friendly cause I give the machine a 8-9 but software I give a 0......I got it to do Halloween and Christmas projects but am now in limbo if I want to try with a different machine ???

Packaged and parts marked with a good manual. All parts as expected. Very happy.

Worked for about a week then laser lense cracked so I returned it.

I got the CNC working with the supplied program on the USB Stick. - The Laser Folder just contains a Pictures directory with some images. - No instructions or program to run the laser module.I downloaded LaserGRBL and was able to connect and detect but no laser output.Also there is some confusion as the laser has an additional box sitting between laser module and controller but no description or mounting hardware. - That module has its own power input. - Do I need 2 power supplies to run the laser?

Easy to put together, not so easy for beginners to figure how to set up router & laser.
