Apple (Refurbished) iPhone 12 with FaceTime (256GB) - Black

I don’t know what to say I honestly don't like to put reviews but I think I just want to raise awareness not only as a consumer but this is a reminder to the seller as well.The item that I bought comes from the hard earn money I decided to buy something that my niece really want even you have a tight budget as you really believe that item is good and gave your niece happiness.However I bought Iphone 12(1,230 AED.)As I receieved it I was over the moon but the horror moment appear when I check the phone the camera is not working and the sad part if you hold it you get electricity from the phone and gives a loud whizzzzz sounds coming from the phone it is scary.Please seller when costumer give trust in your product please give a good product.I did returned my item but did not hear anything from seller nor amazon yet the status of my return item “says the seller accept the return item”then what will happen why refund is not given yet or why no info. What will happen next…for buyer at last choose wisely if possible buy the item in person not in online, use your hard earn money wisely.

It's mind blowing. It's same like new. Even the battery is new! 100% score in 3utools.

The phone is very bad and it’s becoming hot very fast and the battery is very low the battery loses in 2 minutes like 10 percent.

Unfortunately, the phone is not working properly. When I turn it on, the Apple logo appears and then disappears, as if it’s stuck in a boot loop. Additionally, I can hear strange noises coming from inside the device, like something is moving inside. Very disappointing experience. If this is a manufacturing defect, it’s completely unacceptable. I hope to get a repair or replacement as soon as possible!

Broke within a month of use Company collected the phone a week ago and have not updated me with any information about the phone Difficult to get hold of Wouldnt recommend

After two month of use , total lost as it keep restarting , after checking with Apple the repairs was not genuine and parts are not authorized by Apple , total lost and waste of money
