It works well and very fast
I love it so far. I’ve only made two batches, but that’s only because that’s all I have room for in the freezer. I made one double chocolate ice cream, so delicious and one frozen yogurt blueberry/raspberry with less sugar. I love that I actually know what my food is made with. That’s the main reason I bought it. Happy, happy, happy. I hope it lasts a very long time.

Great product
The first one I ordered was a dud. After trying it out, nothing was freezing after several attempts at making ice cream. Sent back as an exchange and it’s worked perfectly so far and after several batches. The controls are simple and the product is easy to use. It is heavy and takes up some counter space as well as closet storage, but the ice cream is phenomenal.

Stop searching: you found the best one
The media could not be loaded. I do very few reviews. Unless I feel it's the best, or worst. After months of research I purchased this one. I'm 69 yrs old and money is tight, so I can't waist money on a bad purchase. But I made a great decision. This is the best ice cream maker on the market. With the built in compressor makes it so easy for a old man that loves ice cream. Also much healthier making your own. Plus market ice cream has alot of un natural ingredients. It's very easy, you will love it and so will everyone else. My wife thought I spent money foolishly. But now she loves this machine. Happy wife, happy life. So stop agonizing on what machine to purchase like I did. Order one today. Read instructions that state to unplug unit when not in use. That's because it's a refrigerated compressor unit. It's a awsome ice cream maker.

Heavy, heavy, heavy, poor instructions
We recieved it on 12-23. planned on ice-cream Christmas eve. Looked at their recipe decided to stick with old trusted recipe used for 42 yrs (makes 4 quarts). So had to divide it down. Went to start first batch not very good instructions at all. No fill line. Good thing we know kinda what we were doing. Easy enough to figure out. Never did see it go to what they called freezer stage. Don't know if that works, but we did have some good frozen ice cream. Grand kids loved it. It is very heavy especially on one side making it Kinda awkward to carry. Big and cumbersome for storage.

Excellent Ice Cream
The media could not be loaded. This machine produces an excellent ice cream. It is fast (30 to 40 mins), quiet, and doesn't need salt and ice.I used the book, The Perfect Scoop making the first batch of Butter Pecan. The ice cream turned out creamy and smooth and gelato-like.A couple of recommendations to guarantee a quality experience: 1. Do not churn too long. The default is 60 mins, but usually your ice cream is ready in about half that time. 2. Allow the machine to sit a few minutes completely off (without cooling on, so unplug if necessary) before attempting to remove the pale.3. You might consider using a liquid weld (JB weld) on your screw to keep in secure. The Airmsen makes enough ice cream quickly so that you could make several batches in a couple/few hours. One last point, the Airmsen churns slowly so that less air is incorporated into your cream and this keeps the iced cream smoother, creamier with less crystallization.

Pre cool if possible for best results.
A fine machine. I recommend placing the ice cream bucked into the freezer and cool the cream as much as practical before placing it into the machine. That way, the ice cream forms quickly without over churning. Simple to use.

Used Four Times Then Broke
This product was not in our hands 30 days before breaking completely. We’re being told to contact manufacturer in China. I’m making organic ice cream ($26.00 a batch) and it has been difficult to start on times 1-4. Time 1 took 15 to get it to start; times 2-3 took 15 plus; time 4 was 30 minutes. This time it stopped in the middle of making Ice Cream. It seems to have a short. I’m going to have to dump the ingredients. DO NOT BUY.

Too heavy
Unless you have someone to help you or you are a man it is too heavy to lift. With the packing materials it weighs 30 pounds. I’m not sure how the ice cream maker itself is because I never took it out of the packing materials. I sent it back.
