Received the first wax furnace last year and it had some issues which I had reached out to the seller and explained what the issue was. I received feedback from the seller in which they offered to refund the product but I didn't want the refund, I wanted the cute wax furnace and I love it too.The seller worked with me and was happy to find out that they would send me a new one to replace the wonky one. The seller was quick to ship out the new one, kept in touch with me to make sure I received the replacement and making sure everything is fine.I cannot tell you enough how the seller (Jojo) was so helpful, kind, stand by their products and honor's their words by backing up their products and working with customers closely. The wax furnace works so much better, faster and heated up very nicely! I had gone and order other items from them, but to have this kind of customer service, you CANNOT beat it! It allows the entire container to be heated homogeneously, which makes the wax dissolve evenly and without generating lumps. For a large stamp, three pellets are enough.

It’s small and compact, and it heats up pretty quickly. It’s in a cute paw shape too. My only problem with it is that the bottom of it gets very hot, so be careful with where you place it. Otherwise it works pretty well.

Love this! So much easier and safer than using a tealite candle.

I'd be mindful to never leave this sitting alone and to be certain to unplug it after use. I've seen through the reviews that sometimes these don't get hot enough OR they get very, very hot. Mine gets very hot-- it works well enough but the small spoon often spills wax over the edge and into the area underneath. It was coated in a black paint that I assumed at first was a no-stick surface, but after my first use it's already almost entirely wiped off the metal it's coating. The only button is the on and off switch, located in the center-- the other two knobs are just for show, they don't adjust the temp or anything else.Overall, it worked ok for what I needed but I'm hesitant to suggest it to others as it may be a fire hazard.

I was skeptical at first, but this product is just what the “doctor”ordered. It is easy to use and reduces the use of an open flame. Plug it in. Press a button and viola. Need I say more?

My mom bought a wax seal and wax for me that I tried to use at Christmas. The wax wouldn’t melt fast enough and I ended with a mess, so I bought this. It is very addicting! It does take practice. I had to learn how long to wait to stamp, as the wax is very hot and fluid using the melter. You can practice on silicon and reuse the wax. I also found that it was very easy to clean.

Works great for melting wax seal beads. Cleans up easily.
