Q: is this ok to use in under floor heating beded in concrete

No, this isn't suitable for underfloor heating. The inside diameter is 50mm, which is too big for underfloor heating pipework. This should only be used for class 3 electric cabling.

Q: can this be joint : I have a 100m plus straight ,so can you join this in some way, including the draw string

There is a pull cord, which helps pull smaller cables through to the end. Hope this is helpful?

Q: Can this be cut to make it shorter? If it can be cut, will the drawstring remain functioning?

Yes it can be cut fairly easily. The drawstring can be fished out at the cut point and taped to each side so that it is still usable although it is probably easier simply to just retain the drawstring in the longer remaining section.

Q: As this comes out of the ground is there a rubber end cap or such like to seal the end?

Regrettably NO - both ends are open ended - with NO sealing cap. While there is string already within the flexible trunking - it is NOT of sufficient strength to draw through the armoured cabling! I used the string to draw through nylon cord in order to feed through the armoured cabling. Good luck!!
