So yes it is made of cheap pressed wood but here is the good:Plenty of hardware. The laminate used to coat it is pretty thick so the wood is protected and stable. Lots of parts but instructions are good and everything fits nicely together. Most of it can easily be done by one person with a Phillips screwdriver ( it comes with one but it’s small so best to have a full size one handy). Packing was very good so delivery driver didn’t damage it. LEDs were easy to install and run off of ISB so they are low voltage.The Ehh:LED colors are not really vibrant. Changing the color in daylight is barely noticeable. Also this thing is heavy. You cannot move it by yourself without risk of damage. You will need help or a two wheel cart to get it inside the house even when boxed up. There are a couple of small notes in the instructions so pay attention because they are very important. When it says to look for the red arrow and put that side up then follow it. It’s quite easy to get drawer slides backwards if you don’t pay attention.Overall:I knew most of the above before ordering so I gave it 5 stars. It will work for youth/teen just fine. It will last as long as I need it to. Impressed that long drawer had a good middle support so it can actually hold heavier stuff or be stuffed (kids you know). Hope this helps. I’d buy it again because our daughter is between kid stuff and adult stuff. This fit our needs.

Easy to build, time consuming but worth it. Very sturdy, cute and easy to lean. one of my all-time favorite purchases!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought for our 14 year old daughter. She LOVES it! Fits perfectly in her smaller bedroom. Drawers are deep for lots of storage and lighting is adjustable.

This is a nice vanity. It's challenging to put together for just one person, but doable. It is very functional!

This vanity is so cute. I got it for my 12 year old who is constantly getting makeup all over it. The makeup comes off easily even after days. We’ve had this for 6 months and it still looks like new. I do wish the lights could be a little brighter but we do like the different settings. Lots of great storage. Drawers close great.

Just assembled on April 30th.I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of this furniture for my daughter’s room. The sturdiness and reinforcements helped me trust the product more.Took about an hour to assemble but the instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow.11 year Daughter is beyond herself with her vanity.Exceeded my expectations, especially when you see made in China. Worth the money spent.

Broken parts and still lost my shipping money

Easy to assemble. Good quality. Used in 10yr old daughter’s room and she’s obsessed! Drawers and shelves fit all her things. She loves the lights.
