Quality magnesium and no crappy oxide!
Ive ordered this 3 times now and you cant find good magnesium anywhere for this price. I use it to help me come down from my medicines. Great buy!

Good product and cost friendly
A nice product. It has a high amount of magnesium, but unlike other supplements, it doesn't rely solely on magnesium citrate, which can be sour and only provides 14% magnesium. Instead, this formula uses a blend of magnesium compounds with higher magnesium content, making it both effective and easy to absorb. Plus, it includes GABA, which really helps with sleep. I love it! It's perfect for someone like me who needs to enhance exercise performance and also deals with insomnia.
