Bought this as a gift for a family member who sells here on Amazon. She loves it.Printer is compact, lightweight and sets up easily... anywhere. She literally takes it everywhere to print out her labels.Device connects via Bluetooth. Its print and color quality have been great so far. I found it cost effective and a great value since it also came with 3 rolls of paper to helping her streamline and get things up and going quickly.I would definitely purchase this again and am honestly considering doing so for myself (a seller on other platforms).

Keeps feeding after printing the first label but that may be due to different brand labels. Either way it is annoying no way to stop feeding without powering off so I have to reel in the labels that get through in that few seconds. Decent for the cost, fast printing, clear labels, and easy to use

This is honestly my favorite new purchase in quite a while. My only regret is not buying sooner. The fact that I never need to buy toner again for a laserjet printer is an incredible cost savings. This printer comes with everything you need to get started, and installation is easy. The bluetooth feature is nice, but I went the old fashioned install via cable and Windows drivers. Works flawlessly and I highly recommend. I do recommend picking up some fanfold labels.

Amazing says my review doesn’t meet community guidelines. Because it focused too much on deliver or packaging. When my review was about the fact that this printed didn’t come with everything advertised.It seems to print fine, set up wins very easy. At least to me, it felt fairly intuitive.Connects to Bluetooth quickly and easily.But you do have to download the app and print from the app. If you are printing from a smart phone.

I’m loving this thermal printer for my personal sales! The setup was a breeze—getting it connected via Bluetooth took just a few minutes. The shipping labels print quickly and clearly, which is a huge plus. I’m using it with mercari and Ebay, and it’s been fantastic for generating professional-quality labels.

Chews on the paper, does not print labels or prints only the very top portion. Not happy. Wish I could return. Did not have enough time to test the product because of the hurricaine here in Florida and when I did get to test it, it does not work!!! Oh well...

The media could not be loaded. I originally ordered this because it came up under rechargeable label printers, it is not. I jumped the gun and picked it without reading it completely and was truly disappointed. It works fine, it's a bit loud, it's convenient and the labels are kept inside of it which makes it pretty awesome, I still wanted a rechargeable one so there's that. Smh why does Amazon listed things first that aren't a match that's aggravating

This bluetooth thermal label printer is very compact and is great for printing shipping labels and address labels. The battery seems to last for a long time. It works via bluetooth and USB. The app is a little difficult to use. Unfortunately it only came with a small piece of one size of thermal paper.
