Soft and warm socks, and they don’t fall down
I bought my third pair of these socks. They seem to last forever, and they are soft and warm. And they don’t fall down like so many other tall socks. But they’re not binding at all

Perfect fit and comfort for nerve damage in feet and legs.
I purchased these socks for my husband who has nerve damage in his feet and legs. He's very particular about the fit and especially, the comfort of anything worn on his feet and legs. I hit a home run with these because he really loves them. That makes me happy because buying clothes for him is that much easier now. They are really soft and non-binding as advertised. Also, these are not a true heavyweight sock and that's exactly what he asked for. They're well made and not from a flimsy material though. I wasn't sure he would like socks that came up over his calves because he always wore crew socks. I thought they would keep his legs warmer and I was right, fortunately. I plan on buying many more pairs of these as long as Amazon sells them. Thank you!!! Mrs. Reba B. Bartlesville, Oklahoma

Husband says they are very comfortable.
I don't know if they are worth the price yet, because I don't know how durable they are yet. My husband said they are really soft and comfortable so I ordered him more. I will write another review when I see how they hold up.

Good quality
I wasn’t sure if these socks would stay up all day but they did… the quality is good, they are warm but not too hot even on a warmer day…I have 2 pairs now they should last a long time..

Fit well, very comfortable.
Best socks I ever wore. Never thought I would pay $10 for one pair of socks, but these are nice. My legs swell, these do not bind and hurt my legs. At the same time, they don't fall down. They day in place without cutting off circulation. Height is perfect for boots.

Well made, good for warmth but a bit snug for non-binding socks in my case
I noticed a few summers ago that I was getting mild swelling around the upper part of my ankle and it was very tender/sore to the touch. I decided to go to my local wally world and see what I could do. I found some "non-binding" socks and gave them a try. To my surprise they were exactly what I was looking for. Only issue is they don't really last very long. Winter was coming and I thought.."I wonder if they make non-binding cold weather/hunting socks?"...I came into Amazon and found these. For me these socks are nice for moderately cold weather but I was really in it for the "non-binding" part of em. Well, I'm use to my regular non-bindng socks and these are a tad too tight all around for me. Normally with regular non-binding socks you can get a new pair and if they're too tight you can stretch them out a little and breaks a few elastic bands in the top. Unfortunately with these you can't. These are not cheaply made socks so the binding in the top is very strong and just a tad too tight for me. They're not near as tight as a regular pair of socks, but i like a pair I can break the binding if I need to. These you can't do that without a pair of scissors lol.I measure these kinds of socks by the Diabetic CREW Socks MEN XL, sock size 13-15, 1 dozen Pairs, white I get in here. These are perfect for the price and really are a bargain. Socks like these do have a drawback in that they are thin so having a pair of these in a "Hunting/Cold Weather" sock is counter productive. You need more fiber/material for warmth and when you do that with these types of socks they become...tighter. I think maybe if they made these in a super large size like 16-20 I could have really gotten use to em just for the size factor alone.Everyone is different when it comes to comfort and these may be ok for a lot out there but I wish these were just a tad less snug in my case. My legs may just be a little more sensitive to pressure as I get older than others out there. That being said, if your on the fence about these socks...try em out. They're only $6..they won't break the bank....Ive been stuffing these socks with older socks and stretching them out over time...even have a few t-shirts in there and so far they're slowly coming around to what I need.

Good socks
Definitely over the calf. Good color. Haven't had any any problems with them slipping down. Will buy again.

Large calves, buy these
These socks are good if you have large calves, they stay put and feel good. I had a blood clot in my right leg and swelling never went down in calf, so regular socks bind and "cut" into me. I really like these and will probably be getting more.
