I use this product to manage anxiety and stress. I take 2. The effect is subtle, but it makes a noticeable difference! I've tried MANY supplements over the years. This is one of the few along with rhodiola rosea and St. John's Wort that actually help. I have not tried taking them in combination.I also find this brand works better than a pricier brand that comes in tablet form, and are much easier to swallow. Being capsules, they float in your stomach a bit so be sure to eat something after if that bothers you.

This is a game changer after a night of drinking. Took a few of these before bed after a few drinks and felt great in the morning.

I did notice a difference if I take two before having any form of alcohol. I always eat something prior to taking these and take after the meal or before any drinking, not too late! Theoretically, it protects from the toxic effects of alcohol. The next day, I seem to feel better. Plus, I usually take a couple more before going to bed. Hangovers can be rough, especially with advanced age.

It’s okay. I normally use another DHM product but have had good luck with this brand with other supplements so I gave it a shot. It’s definitely not as good as some of the others and I know based on 8+ years of using this. Not a reflection on the brand but this particular supplement isn’t that good.

Best hangover cure! Take at the end of the night with some milk thistle and L-cysteine and you're perfect the next day.

I used to have some pain in my side the morning after I have some late night activities, but I just took a single one of these and it stopped that pain. I'm not a very frequent consumer of beverages, so I am not sure if the quanity is enough for those more frequent consumers, but just one was very effective for me! I'm very happy that I don't have the morning soreness anymore.

DHM really helps prevent hangovers or at least hangovers if you want to get too wild. I take one before and one after the drinking is done. It can't save you if you drink a heavy amount but it can help alleviate a hangover along with hydration and some electrolytes.
