These work good & are safe for kids.

As a preschool teacher for two year olds I found it challenging to use the typical children scissors. The holes for the thumb and fingers were too big for them to get the leverage needed to close. The holes on these are smaller and the scissors are sharp, so cutting is easier. The spring action to open is effective as well. They can cut fingers, so supervision is suggested at least at the beginning.

2 of them stick a little. The other 4 are easy to use.

Great for teaching kids to cut. My toddler loves to use them. They work well. Not cheaply made.

These work well for my three and a half year old. They've cut through semi-thick paper and several types of fabric. I have to hold whatever is being cut to assist my toddler in using them, but that was expected. They open back up as they should. You can't put the paper all the way to the back of the scissors when cutting, you have to put the paper just a little bit down. The pack of three is nice because I already misplaced a pair.
