First tin o good condition but not used yet second tin was leaking and filled the plastic protection cover so return it still looking for another tin??

We have a small outhouse that has a flat roof that has recently been leaking. I have been carefully searching for a solution to this & came across this product. I spoke with the customer team who provided advice on application & suitability. The product arrived and with a little preparation i applied one coat. The product is like a thick tar substance when wet but once cured it creates this incredibly durable waterproof seal. I only applied 1 coat & so far i haven't had any further leaks. I would high recommend this coating.
