Look. Quitting is hard. Does this "feel" like taking a pull on a cig or vape? No. Nothing does, and you know it. But this, with a nic patch, it helped me. This helped the physical habit, while the patch helped the withdrawal. There is no perfect solution or perfect substitute - only pure stubbornness. I needed to quit smoking & this was a recommendation. It helps mimic the inhale & exhale of smoking, plus sort of feels like a cigarette in your fingers. For the money, it's very nice quality with sturdy chain & looks like a necklace. Great purchase!

The product itself is hard to evaluate because it seems more like a mental thing, and it may or may not work for everyone. However, I want to point out that the cord it comes with is very short and, unfortunately, it only lasted one day before breaking. I wouldn't recommend it because of this issue.

I bought this for my mom because she watched a commercial and wanted it. While it was pretty, it did not help her quit smoking.

I’m not super surprised or disappointed honestly I suspected it was literally just like a straw and I was right! If sucking through a straw helps your anxiety this would be convenient as it’s on a necklace so you don’t lose it. For me…. It’s does 0 to help. It was cheap so worth a try but wouldn’t recommend. Go breathe through metal straw for a while. If it helps this is for you!

It works for me, I can hold it in my fingers or pretend it’s a cigarette. Very helpful for me.
