The cushion is comfortable for long time sitting. It supports my thighs and reduces the load. It can also be used as a back cushion, supporting my back and relieves back pain.

I've tried three different pillows. This was the least expensive and works the best. It's the memory foam. I'm using it now and am getting the best relief from my discomfort. It's not total relief but it's the best I've had in a long time. I would get another one.

This cushion has made my office chair much more comfortable, and given me some much needed relief in the lower back and hips. The memory foam is firm, but cushy, and the cushion is large enough to fill the seat. The gel memory foam options is sufficient to create a much more comfortable seat for my day's work. Would buy again!
