Got these for a recent high school grad going away to college to remind her everyday that she is awesome & can do this! She loved them, she & her roommate pull a card each day before leaving the dorm for class.

If you are having a get together with the girls, these cards will be a hit. We placed them everywhere, then if you came across one and it spoke to you, you saved it for yourself. If not, you could leave it there or move it to a new location.

I collect cards of different varieties - tarot, oracle, affirmation, and others. I like to collect them as well as give them away to friends and family, and I thought these would be perfect for one of my sisters!I love the concept of these cards - they don't indulge in pretentious, lofty quotes that make most people roll their eyes. These cards speak plainly, sternly, and umm...they cuss! I love that because if you're trying to "keep it real" with yourself and others, sometimes it's necessary to dispatch with all the niceties and just get right to it! The cards are around 3.75" x 2.5" - smaller than a deck of playing cards, but larger than a typical business card, and made with a sturdy card stock with a clean, matte finish.What I DON'T like about these cards is that the same message is on the front as well as on the back, which reads as lazy design, in my opinion. As a designer, inefficient design is a huge pet peeve of mine and often means the difference between me purchasing an item or not. Having the same thing on both sides was a waste of card real estate as well a missed opportunity to really make these cards stand out. They could have put anything on the back - a unifying design (like most card decks), or - like some decks I've seen - a quote or question with the theme continued on the front.Also, the box it came in is poorly designed. The cards come in two equal stacks, but the box doesn't have a divider to compartmentalize the two. It's not a big deal in and of itself, but again - it was a design decision. Enough of these decisions could result in a lost sale, so I would suggest the seller put a little more thought into their products!
