I have been cooking curries for many years and have always had trouble getting the curries to simmer with out catching and burning on the bottom. I have used this pan 4 times now and there has been no sticking or burning. The pan is really adaptable so that I can make small meals or large meals. The cooking heat spreads very evenly. The pan washes very easily as nothing sticks to it. I really love this pan and it is such good value for money.

Really good karahi not used yet just received it today but looks so STRONG and it's just a good size what I was looking for and a good prize thank you
