Its a great piece of tech. Brand is Anker, so reputable. Its been used for few months, and i cant live without it. Battery lasts ages, washing and vacuuming works amazing. No spots left, its quite quitet. Maps are accurate, repeatable and consistent. It recognizes carpets well, altought edges of carpet with hard floor tend to be undervaccumed - but this is a small issue to be honest. its not massive, and base is quite good looking so doesnt interrupt. You can share usage between few family members in app, which is very clean and easy to use.I still receive updates, and they change alot in App and in device, so support is there. Great purchase, and much better than any roomba you can get not.

I purchased the Eufy X10 robot vacuum (refurbished) through Amazon and honestly, I am shocked at what I received.The vacuum arrived covered in scratches and damage all around the body, and when I opened the box, the unit and packaging were coated in some sort of sand-like residue, as if it hadn’t been cleaned or checked before being shipped out.On top of the poor physical condition, the vacuum doesn’t even work properly. Every time I try to use it, it throws an error saying the clean water tank is empty, even though I filled it completely. I’ve followed all troubleshooting steps and nothing fixes the problem.For the price I paid, this is absolutely unacceptable. Refurbished or not, this product should have been inspected, cleaned, and tested before being sent to a paying customer. Extremely disappointed and have already returned.

Fantastic robot cleans and hoovers well.Just set it off and leave it to it!

Came incomplete, cleaning tray missing a part which means the whole main unit won’t work

Would not recommend this product, the vac is good but the mopping is absolutely crap and the obstacle guidance the same crap
