2g Cold Sore Ointment and 4g Lip Care Stick | Package May Vary

Bought this for my daughter. She said did give some relief .

This product did absolutely nothing for my cold sore! It didn't even soften my lips. It came with 2 products that were supposed to be used for different things but they both had the exact same ingredients, petrolium, which is basically Vaseline! If you have a cold sore, you're better off getting prescription of Acyclovir from your doctor.

I did not receive the lip care stick that was said to be in the Order as said but other than that it’s a great product

I absolutely love using Herstat for helping with and preventing cold sores. I use both the ointment and the chapstick. I specifically ordered the ointment and chapstick together because I’m out of both. Today I only received the ointment and no chapstick. There is no way to return or file a claim that I didn’t receive the entire purchase. Now I paid almost $13 just for the ointment. Very disappointed.

I have purchased this before and found it to be very very effective. I normally get cold sores around my nasal opening above my upper lip. This product, for the price, works great. The reason for the four stars is that, like other customers have complained, I did not get the two items but only one, but Amazon did resolve the issue.

I ordered this product because it was 2 different lip treatments 1for cold sore treatment the other for after care. Only 1product provided. Terrible!!
