this is about the use of 100%silicone on a treadmill deck to reduce friction from belt and the amount usedto start out was a fraction of ounce with a plan to increment as needed found to be much easier verses treatment of wax with consideration for the runtime before reapplication... the silicone will out preform and with a competitive price point found worth it per-4oz...very satisfied with product and price point and the shipment timeline.
