No regrets! Great quality!
Just a great knife for the money! Stays sharp, dices and chops like a professional chef’s instrument. The grip is comfortable and the weight feels balanced and not fatiguing. I care for my knives fairly well but I’ve seen no signs of corrosion. It’s a well made functional and safe knife to use. I highly recommend!!

Very comfortable to use nicer than thin blades.
Great knife easy to use in the kitchen it has a nice weight just falls through meat vegetables no sharp points, as sharp as a razor, I use it more than an 8 in chef's knife it's good for a lot of things meat and vegetables, it makes you sharpen your knife skills . Great balance super addition to the kitchen.

Best Knife I've used in years
Bought this knife last week. Used it for the first time today. Best knife I have ever spent money on for cooking, hands down.Besides it looking absolutely beautiful, I MUST reiterate that this knife is SHARP. I've already cut myself twice on it, once trying to put it back in the plastic sheath (rookie mistake) and once trying to catch it when I dropped it (also rookie mistake). Neither are serious injuries, but it did NOT take much effort for it to cut me. And that sharpness is PHENOMENAL when it comes to vegetables. Glides through onions, peels tomatoes like it doesn't have to try, and I can get VERY thin slices of meat with it.This blade is a keeper, and honestly, I'm looking at buying more of this brand's blades in the coming months because I'm thoroughly impressed. Would recommend!

Extremely sharp
Extremely sharp! Super knife, well worth the money, nice balance, this is my new go to knife for cutting steak to cutting cheese!

Sharp, smooth cutting
I'm not a fan of this style knife blade, but this seemed like a good knife so I thought I'd give it a try. It's lighter than I expected and very sharp, but I've only used it a few times and only on onions so it's not much to base it on yet. That said, it cuts through the onion smoothly and effortlessly.

nice blade, good handle, very sharp
Why did you pick this product vs others?:my reason for selecting this blade was the core alloy, but I'm less concerned with ease of sharpening, than edge retention. my personal preference in edge angles is compound 24-30 degrees. The factory edge is close enough my in house that only fine honing at 2000 grit diamond was needed to bring the edge to form. It's a bit heavy, but well balanced, and works well for thin slicing

Excellent all purpose knife
Great quality, very sharp, I use it for most cutting. I love the size of the blade and the grip. Great value for the money.
