Huge Pump - maybe take half for the first time
Read the instructions, first time users try half dose. But this is fantastic for weight training. Massive pump. Light weight baby!!! IYKYKI took it before a swim meet, almost died( Joking of course). Swam so hard I almost swam through the wall and out the other side. :-)

Not for me
Not sure why but this pre work out is weak, makes me jittery, and gives me explosive diahrrea. Tastes kinda like medicine but that could just be the wild cherry taste. But compared to other brands this wasnt for me. It also make my mind racing like im tweakin out or something but no energy.

Positive feedback
Definitely a step up from the essential pre workout. Would recommend half scoops until you get adjusted but it does exactly what it’s designed to do and keeps me energized throughout my entire workout.

POTENT
This stuff is ridiculous, gonna have to start taking a 1/2 scoop. If you feel your current pre is lacking and want a change, this is for you; but be warned, it almost does its job too well.

The container was 1/3 full. My friend buys at GNC and says she gets a full container.
I heard the product is very good but was disappointed to have paid $57 and it was only a third full.

Meh
I think the muscle tech vapor products work better for muscle building overall. This product really wakes up my mind. Very stimulating to the brain/cranks open “higher chakras” maybe some people need that but it’s not why I’m in the gym, also produces a lot of heat but yeah not my favorite I’m too lean this product feels ungrounding, and the cherry is ass. Unless you really love that cherry syrup vibe

Solid good tasting product
I purchased the citrus grapefruit flavor and i got to say it was above my expectations. Not 10/10, but about a 7/10. So all in all a good flavor. The buzz after though is the best part of the product. I took a full scoop and my heart stared racing for hours. I now take half a scoop before my workouts and it has had a tremendous benefit on my lifts.
