My husband uses this more than I do because I really need one that’s smaller with handles, but this is great for his back and even his legs post running. It’s thick, thankfully, and can withstand kids goofing around. It’s very firm, no give it stretch to it. If you have a smaller reach like I do, it can be hard to move it as needed, but not impossible

I first encountered something like this at the chiropractor's office. She said something like this could help with mobility and stretching of my back muscles and back joints. It took a while to get here but it got here safely and in one piece. The foam is very light and feels like it would be cheap styrofoam, but it isn't! It hasn't compacted at all with the way that I've been using it and has helped me do great stretches. I also like the color- it goes with my other fitness gear. I think this will last for a long time and help me stretch muscles I otherwise couldn't!

Too dense and harder than expected (hard as a log). I must have missed this in the product description. I place a cushion over it before using it.
