Excellent pasta sub
These are perfect except for the price. The texture is great and they are low-calorie. Just slightly softer than regular pasta. Better texture than any low-carb/keto pasta I've tried, including: konjac, "healthy noodles" (that's the product name), black bean, hearts of palm, zuuchini noodles, kelp noodles, immi ramen (these are my second favorite, but very high calorie). I prefer products with fewer ingredients and not a lot of math for "net carbs" like the lupini pastas and stuff like that.I was hesitant to try these because I've tried egg white wraps and absolutely hated them because they tasted too much like eggs. The sauce flavor dominates these noodles and I wouldn't guess they were made of eggs if I didn't know.As others mention, the bag is small. It's ok for a lunch serving or to mix with a lot of veggies or something for dinner. If you're lazy like me and just want to toss something in the microwave, two bags works well for dinner, and still comes in at less than 100 calories. Even with a splurge on alfredo sauce, it's a 200 calorie dinner. I prefer the spaghetti over the vermicelli because the thinner noodles clump together and are hard to separate. The price of these is outrageous, but I'm going to buy them anyway because it is so hard to find a decent low-/no-carb noodle substitute.

These are worth it!!
YAAAAAAASSS! Ok, after a homemade batch that left me with some trauma and seeing some reviews complain about texture, i was a little nervous, especially for the price. But these were fantastic!! First the flavor and smell was absolutely nothing. It tasted how egg whites from a hard boiled egg taste like. No eggy-ness at all. Which i would've have mined. But it was absolutely a black slate vehicle for sauce. Next the texture, amazing. It reminded me of an overcooked spaghetti noodle. The weren't falling apart, but the were soft, and still held for twirls. Next, it was small, so I wanted 2 bags, really treating myself with that price tag. But i worried about having too many calories. But 45 calories a bag?? I felt like i had a huge bowl of luscious pasta for so little! And 20g protein total. Truly a miracle. Also this review is to help people, not to pat the Amazon seller on the back. I found you can buy these for $3.50/pack at sprouts. That's where I'll be going. Even at $5 it's waaaay worth it.

No carbs, good flavor, fall apart
Good flavor but fall apart. Recommend to put these noodles in layers in the cook or they will fall apart. They do taste close to real noodles with zero carbs

Will buy again and again!
Omg! Soooo good. Easy. Not smelly. Tastes like pasta consistency. I added pesto and cheese. Heated in microwave.

extremely small amount!!
think tennis ball size, that is how much of these Vermicelli egg white noodles you get per pouch and i am being generous with that comparison, it is less!! at $5 a pouch that is a ridiculous amount to get, it is not even enough to use as main meal noodles, just as a side dish at best.. You WILL need at least two pouches no matter how you use these for main meal.another fault, these come in water and are so soaked that even trying to dry them out so they can absorb sauce flavor some, did not work out. the noodles are sooooo thin, think two pieces of regular thread thin, that it all stays in a glob, will not break apart, even after i cut the glob into smaller sizes, just sticks together like pasty noodles even though they are not pasty..flavor wise, there is none which is typical of egg white noodles.IMO you should avoid these but, these can be handy when in a hurry so if you don't mind the small amount these pouches hold, i would get their spaghetti size egg white noodles instead.. looking at others pics, those have more substance to them and won't stay stuck in a glob.. Personally, i'll stick with using a pizza cutter on egglife wraps to cut them into noodle size i want, boiling them for 2 minutes and mixing them into sauces/soups..

A really good noodle subsitute...especially the vermicelli.
Like so many other reviewers, I felt the price was a bit off putting....BUT these are the only noodle subsitute that are actually close to the real thing and I've tried them ALL (including the ones made with hearts of palm). They are filling and they easily absorb other flavors and spices. If only I could find a good subsitute for rice...

SLIPPERY AND TASTELESS
I'm sorry but this is no substitute for pasta. First, there is no flavor at all. Second, I can't rinse the "slime" off! There are weirdly slippery and tasteless.

Portion size for the birds
The flavor and texture of this product is fine. However the serving size is adequate for a kindergartener. It states 3.5 oz on the individual container, with a good portion of that being water. I needed to use two small pouches to get an adequate amount. At the price point purchased, an adequate serving is over $10. It is not worth the high price.
